MLB COSMETICS made an announcement on January 14 that it has signed an MoU with global Dermal cosmetic brand Dermafirm to establish a MLB COSMETICS LAB. Officials from both companies, including MLB Cosmetics CEO Yoo Byung-young and Dermafirm CEO Cha Hoon, attended the signing ceremony at the Pangyo Center of Dermafirm S,Korea.

Dermafirm, which signed an MoU with MLB COSMETIC, is a global Dermal Cosmetics company established in 2002 that has made cosmetics safe to the skin based on quality ingredients and advanced medical technology, and has exported to over 20 countries, including China and the United States.

The plan for maintaining cooperation systems such as "Joint R&D" and "Marketing Strategy Initiative" with future "MLB Cosmetics" as the focal point and aiming to release high-performance products that provide skin protection from active lifestyles and harmful external environments.

The move is aimed at strengthening the line-up of high-performance active beauty products through the establishment of an active beauty institute, said Yoo Byung-young, CEO of MLB COSMETICS. Furthermore, "Dermafirm, which specializes in cosmetics at high-function hospitals, has functional technological prowess and quality ingredients as well as superior advanced products," he said, expressing expectations for synergy between the two companies.
