The awards ceremony, 21th Korea Brand Awards, held on December 4, 2019 at the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam in Seoul was attended by brand leaders in Korea. Dermafirm won the Minister award in the brand management sector.
Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy hosted the 21st Korea Brand Awards and IPS(Institute for Industrial Policy Studies) presented prizes to the winners. The Korea Brand Awards recognizes companies that have enhanced Industrial competitiveness through creative brand management and has been outstanding brand supporting as an important role in the development of the nation’s economy.
The background of the award was given that the company received a good reputation for its diversified product lineup which are based on high-quality ingredients, accurate components and quality control under the management philosophy of “Making cosmetics for my family” and for its capabilities to promote the business strategy by running a unit to focus on building a global dermocosmetics brand.
This award review was focused on brand management activities rather than brand evaluation based on short-term sales performance to promote long-term and consistent brand management. It was reported that the activities was focused on the degree of management and organizational structure, the interest of the members of the organization, and the level of commitment.
